Retrieve RPS by Supplier - Search and Select Suppliers Screen

Use this screen to search and select one or more suppliers to retrieve RPS data.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
By supplier name	Select this option to search and select suppliers by name.
Where supplier is within ___ miles of zip code _____	Select this option to search and select suppliers that are a set distance for the zip code you entered.
Where supplier is located in one of the zip codes in this range _____-_____	Select this option to search and select suppliers that are within the zip code range you entered.
Search	Selecting this option searches suppliers using the search criteria you entered.
Select All Deselect All	This option selects or deselects all workfiles in the list.
Selected	When checked, indicates a selected supplier for retrieving RPS data.
Supplier Name City State	Data in these fields is supplier reference information.
Finish	Select this option if you have selected the suppliers from the list on the screen.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
